If an item from your online purchase with us does not meet your expectations - be it due to defects in materials, workmanship or construction - or you would like to make use of your 14-day return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. How do I have to send my return/return?
As a rule, the choice of shipping method (insured or uninsured) as well as the shipping provider is up to you. However, we recommend choosing an insured package, because if the parcel service provider damages or loses the goods during the return and the package is not insured, you as the sender are liable for this. Not us, and not the shipping service provider either.
Please note at this point that we Do not accept unpaid or unannounced shipments .
Please pack the goods as you received them or as you would like to receive them as a package. We expressly ask you not to stick shipping labels, adhesive tape and other packaging material directly on the goods or their packaging. Please also use outer packaging for return shipping so that you can send the goods back to us in the same condition as we delivered them to you. For example, it makes sense to use the box you received from us for return shipping.
If the goods or their packaging are still stickered/damaged, we will unfortunately have to charge you compensation for the resulting damage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please note the following important information on returns.
1. Please only return prepaid (prepaid) packages. We do not accept non-paid packages due to the increased postage. If you have a claim for reimbursement of return shipping costs, we will of course be happy to reimburse you if you wish.
2. If you would like a refund of the purchase price, please only return unused, new and original goods, as only these can be refunded by us.
3. For your own safety, please always use an insured shipping service for returns/returns. Star-Biker is not liable for damage or loss of shipments during transport.
4. To make it easier to process your return, please enclose a copy of the invoice with your order and briefly note what should happen to the goods (e.g. return, exchange, complaint, etc.). Our employees can then process shipments much more quickly based on the invoice and the information you provide.
5. If a refund/repayment is desired and your order has been paid for in advance, bank transfer, instant transfer or cash on delivery, please also include your bank details in the invoice. In these cases, no repayment can be made without bank details.
